Senior UI/UX Product Designer (1692)

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join a dynamic digital environment and play a key role in creating exceptional digital experiences across omnichannel platforms, mobile applications and conversational AI interfaces.This is a great opportunity for a design professional who enjoys transforming complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant and engaging user experiences, while working closely with Product, Engineering, QA and business teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong end-to-end product design experience, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating scalable, consistent and accessible digital products.What You’ll Be DoingDesign intuitive user interfaces and seamless end-to-end omnichannel experiences across web, mobile and digital platforms.Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes and production-ready interfaces using Figma.Build, maintain and evolve reusable design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.Conduct user research, usability testing and behavioral analysis to support data-driven design decisions.Create high-fidelity mockups, visual assets and design deliverables aligned with brand guidelines and modern digital design standards.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable design solutions.Work throughout the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with software engineering teams to ensure the intended user experience is successfully delivered.What We’re Looking For5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design or a related discipline.A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership and delivery of production digital products and mobile applications.Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications for both iOS and Android.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variables, Auto Layout, Design Libraries and Design System management.Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferPrivate health insuranceFree access to LinkedIn LearningA dynamic and collaborative work environmentFounded in 1997 in Brussels, UpcoMinds is a reliable IT partner specializing in Project Development, Consulting, Strategic Teaming, and R&D & Innovation.With offices in Belgium, Greece, and Cyprus, we support organizations across Europe in delivering complex, high-impact technology initiatives.
