Senior UI/UX Product Designer - Mobile Apps

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior UI/UX Product Designer - Mobile Apps to own and evolve the user experience and user interface of modern native mobile applications across iOS and Android.In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, business, and QA teams to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable customer journeys across onboarding, authentication, identity verification, wallets, payments, and account-management experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and developer handoff Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for native iOS and Android applications Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready interfaces using Figma Build, maintain, and evolve reusable mobile design systems Translate business and product requirements into effective design solutions Design secure customer journeys for onboarding, authentication, and identity verification Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation Define interaction patterns, accessibility requirements, and visual-design guidelines Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout implementation Perform design-quality reviews to ensure consistency with approved designs Use user feedback, analytics, and research insights to continuously improve the product experience Participate in product discovery, workshops, design critiques, and cross-functional planningRequirementsUniversity degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of production mobile applications Hands-on experience designing native applications for iOS and Android Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, and design libraries Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams throughout implementation Good understanding of accessibility principles and mobile usability best practices Ability to clearly communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders Experience working within an Agile product environment Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills Nice to HaveExperience designing fintech, banking, payments, wallet, or other regulated digital products Experience with KYC, onboarding, and identity-verification journeys Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and structured design validation Experience using analytics and user-behavior insights to guide design decisions Experience designing responsive web experiences alongside native mobile applications Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and advanced prototyping Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product-delivery platforms You will be a great candidate for us if youHave a strong passion for creating intuitive and engaging mobile experiences Combine strong visual-design skills with a user-centered product mindset Can take ownership of the complete design lifecycle Pay close attention to usability, accessibility, and consistency Can balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints Enjoy collaborating closely with product and engineering teamsBenefitsWhy join inventYOUDesign modern, customer-facing iOS and Android applications Work on complex and meaningful digital customer journeys Take ownership of products from discovery through implementation Collaborate with experienced product, design, and engineering professionals Continue developing your expertise in modern product and mobile design
