قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSenior User Researcher📍 Edinburgh (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in Leith, 3 days remote) 💰 £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits 📄 Permanent ✅ Public Sector / Government experience essential ✅ Must be commutable to EdinburghThe OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior User Researcher to join a growing User-Centred Design team delivering complex digital and service transformation programmes.You'll work within multidisciplinary teams alongside service designers, business analysts, product managers, delivery managers and technical specialists to understand user needs, generate actionable insights, and help shape services that deliver meaningful outcomes for users.This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to lead research activities, influence strategic decision-making, and champion evidence-based design across large-scale transformation programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead user research throughout Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.Plan and conduct interviews, usability testing, workshops and contextual research.Analyse and synthesise findings into clear insights and recommendations.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape products and services. Support delivery, product and service decisions through user evidence. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Promote user-centred design best practices across projects.Essential ExperienceSignificant experience delivering user research within digital transformation or service improvement programmes. Strong Public Sector and/or Government experience (essential).Experience working within multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams. Strong knowledge of GDS principles, service standards and user-centred design methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
