Role: Senior UX Researcher

Location: US-CA-Menlo Park, or US-Seattle, or US-NY-NYC (Hybrid)Client: Meta10+ YearsStrong quantitative research skills-designing, fielding, and analyzing large/complex surveys.Core UX research craft: method selection, translating findings into actionable product/design recommendations.Strong stakeholder influence-ability to build relationships with and present to leadership in a horizontal, collaborative org.Good to have Prior Meta experience.Nice to haves:Strong sense of curiosity; receptive to feedback; comfortable with ambiguity.Vendor/supplier management, including giving performance feedback.qual depth; tracker build experience; Meta Al familiarity; consumer/messaging (WhatsApp) domain.Education/Experience:10+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience conducting UX research or human-centered research (industry, consulting, or equivalent).Bachelor's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
