Senior UX/UI Designer – Salesforce Platform

General DescriptionJoin a leading banking organization in the UAE supporting large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform modernization initiatives.We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Experience Consultant with a strong combination of UX/UI expertise and hands-on Salesforce platform customization experience to support an ongoing onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi.This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between user experience design and Salesforce platform implementation, helping improve usability, optimize business workflows, and customize Salesforce experiences for enterprise users.This is a contract / freelance engagement (initial 3 months) with an immediate hiring timeline.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and optimize Salesforce user experiences across enterprise platformsDesign and implement user-centric solutions within Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needsCustomize Salesforce interfaces, layouts, components, and workflows to improve usability and operational efficiencyWork with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and enterprise design guidelinesCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to define and deliver platform enhancementsAnalyze existing user journeys, identify pain points, and recommend UX and platform improvementsSupport the design and implementation of Lightning-based experiences, dashboards, forms, and workflow-driven interfacesContribute to design documentation, implementation guidelines, and platform governance standardsEnsure accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and consistency across Salesforce applicationsParticipate in solution discussions involving Salesforce customization, automation, and platform optimization initiativesRequired ExperienceProven experience working within Salesforce environments as a Salesforce Experience Consultant, Salesforce UX Consultant, Salesforce Platform Designer, Salesforce Business Experience Consultant, or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform customization and configurationExperience working with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)Exposure to Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Visualforce, or related Salesforce technologies is highly preferredStrong understanding of enterprise UX principles, workflow design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility standardsExperience working closely with both technical and business stakeholders within enterprise environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce user experiencesStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBanking, financial services, or large enterprise experience is highly preferredImmediate or short-notice availability is highly preferredPreferred ExperienceSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, UX-related certifications, etc.)Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within banking or financial services environmentsExperience working within regulated enterprise environmentsWork Setup
