Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading overall strategy, operations, and growth for FreezeGo India’s cold chain logistics and storage services. The individual will guide long-term business planning, oversee development of the new storage facility, and ensure operational excellence across transportation and warehousing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service quality, compliance, and customer experience. The Senior Vice President will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide leadership to senior managers, and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. This role also involves overseeing financial planning, risk management, and the implementation of technology and process innovations that support scalable growth.QualificationsExperience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.Strong background in cold chain operations, transportation management, and warehouse or storage facility oversight for temperature-sensitive goods.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, mentor senior leaders, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in food, pharmaceutical, or other perishable supply chains.Comfort with remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and using technology platforms to manage distributed operations.Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
