Senior Vice President – Large Corporate Relationship ManagementLocation: Dubai, UAESector: Corporate & Investment BankingLevel: Senior Vice PresidentSearch: ConfidentialThe OpportunityWe are conducting a confidential search for a senior Corporate Banking leader to take responsibility for a strategically important Large Corporate portfolio within a major financial institution in Dubai.This is a high-impact leadership position for an established banking professional with a strong track record of managing complex, high-value corporate relationships, driving significant revenue and asset growth, and leading high-performing relationship management teams.The successful individual will play a key role in growing the institution's Large Corporate franchise, developing major client relationships and delivering sophisticated financing and banking solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a portfolio of major corporate and multinational relationships.Deliver ambitious targets across assets, revenue, profitability and product penetration.Originate, structure and negotiate complex corporate financing transactions, including syndicated and club financings.Provide strategic corporate advisory support around debt raising, restructuring and financing solutions.Identify, originate and develop new high-value corporate relationships.Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across major corporate clients.Drive cross-selling across Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Investment Banking and other product areas.Maintain strong oversight of portfolio quality, credit risk and profitability.Lead, coach and develop Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers and other Corporate Banking professionals.Work collaboratively with internal product, risk, legal, treasury and investment banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.Represent the institution with key clients and within the wider corporate banking market.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a proven senior Corporate Banking professional who combines commercial leadership, deep Large Corporate expertise and strong relationship management capability.The ideal candidate will have:15+ years' relevant banking experience.Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline is a minimum requirement.Master's degree is desirable but not essential.Significant experience within Large Corporate / Corporate Banking.A demonstrable track record managing major corporate and multinational relationships.Proven success in business origination, relationship development and revenue generation.Strong experience across corporate lending, structured financing and complex banking solutions.Strong understanding of credit, risk management and corporate banking products.Significant regional and international banking experience, ideally gained within a highly regarded financial institution.Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing relationship management teams.Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a major financial institution in a senior leadership capacity, with significant responsibility for an important Large Corporate franchise and the opportunity to influence client strategy, revenue growth and team performance.This is a confidential retained search.
