You'll drive revenue growth, EBITDA performance, operational excellence, and market expansion while building a scalable operating model that balances clinical quality with financial discipline.You'll lead a team of Clinical Operating Directors and enterprise functional leaders while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.You'll operate in partnership with our VP Clinical Programs, Quality and Outcomes, ensuring clinical governance and operational performance are balanced in every strategic decision.This is a high-visibility, high-impact executive role with direct exposure to the CEO, Board of Directors, and investors.What You'll OwnP&L Leadership & Financial PerformanceFull P&L accountability for the Behavioral Health line: revenue, EBITDA, profitability, and cash flowDrive top-line revenue growth through visit volume expansion, payer mix optimization, and new market launchesDeliver EBITDA targets through operational leverage, cost management, and productivity optimizationPartner with Finance/FP&A to develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plansOperational Excellence & ScalabilityLead Clinical Operating Directors (state pod leaders) across all markets; set performance standards, monitor KPIs, and hold leaders accountableDrive provider utilization to 85–90%, and capacity efficiency across all podsOversee patient intake, scheduling, and access to optimize first-appointment wait times, no-show reduction, and revenue captureBuild scalable operating infrastructure: technology platforms, process playbooks, performance dashboards, and governance cadencesMarket Expansion & Growth StrategyLead state-by-state pod scaling: assess market attractiveness, regulatory feasibility, payer landscape, and competitive positioningLaunch 5+ new state markets over the next 24 months while maintaining clinical quality and financial disciplineIdentify and execute strategic partnerships with health systems, employer groups, school districts, and payer organizationsMonitor competitive landscape;
