Senior Vice President (SVP) – Operations Administrator (Senior Manager)

We are seeking an experienced banking operations executive to provide leadership and oversight of Deposit Operations, Branch Operations, Customer Service Operations, Centralized Processing, and related operational support functions.This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening internal controls, improving branch efficiencies, managing operational risk, and supporting the Bank's strategic growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Deposit Operations and Branch Operations across the Bank.Develop operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Manage branch operational performance, procedures, and service standards.Oversee operational audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews.Establish and monitor operational KPIs and service metrics.Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.Partner with executive management on strategic projects and acquisitions.Lead staff development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.Oversee vendor management and operational risk management functions.Qualifications15+ years of banking operations experience.Significant experience managing Deposit Operations and/or Branch Operations.Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, payment systems, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated leadership experience managing large operational teams.Experience supporting audits and regulatory examinations.Strong communication and executive presentation skills.PreferredCommunity Bank experience.Experience with core banking systems such as Jack Henry, Fiserv, or similar platforms.Previous experience at the SVP or senior management level.
