Job description:We’re hiring an experienced, self-sufficient video editor who can take raw footage, short-form content, long-form content, ads, and educational content and turn it into high-quality, engaging videos.Your job is to:Edit short-form content, long-form YouTube videos, ads, courses, and other video projectsAdd b-roll, captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance storytellingMatch fast-paced, modern styles seen on Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Ryan Pineda, Gary Vee, Dan Martell, etc.MUST HAVESIf you don’t meet these, this isn’t the right role.Fluent in Premiere ProMinimum 2 years professional editing experienceDeep understanding of pacing, hooks, and engaging video structureComfortable working under management and taking creative directionAble to handle quick turnarounds, typically 1–3 day editsAble to adapt quickly to new workflows as our team and brand growSelf-motivated and independent — we are not looking to train from scratchNICE TO HAVESExperience editing financial, business, or entrepreneurship contentGraphic design or animation skills, including Adobe After Effects or Adobe PhotoshopExperience working with creators, influencers, marketing agencies, or paid ad teamsWHAT YOU GETBe part of a fast-growing online brand and contribute to videos, ads, and content seen by a large audienceOpportunity to grow as an early employee as we scale quicklyWork on a variety of content across organic, paid, educational, and brand-building projectsSchedule:8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - FridayAbility to Commute: Eagle, ID 83616 requiredAbility to Relocate: Eagle, ID 83616: Relocate before starting work required
