You command them - and build the team that brings them to life.We're looking for someone who is equal parts visual storyteller, technical expert, and operational leader. Someone who understands that leading a production team is about more than shooting great footage - it's quality control, workload, mentorship, and setting a bar the whole studio rises to meet.You'll work across sport, government, enterprise, and culture campaigns, including professional sports clients - on a team built to do the best work of their careers.What you'll doDirect and execute high-impact video and photography shoots.Lead high-output production cycles with fast turnaround, without compromising on quality.Set and enforce the studio's visual quality bar - sign off on every final cut before client delivery.Allocate shoot and editing workloads and track team performance.Lead the production and creative component of client pitches.Mentor and onboard junior videographers and editors.Manage freelancer resourcing and model agency values.What we're looking for5+ years' experience in end-to-end videography, photography, and editing in a fast-paced agency environment.Advanced command of cinema cameras, Photoshop/Lightroom, and post-production software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).Proven ability to manage production pipelines and lead client-facing presentations.Dubai-based with a valid UAE residence visa.Bonus points ifYou live and breathe sports storylines and spot content before it trends.You restart an export because a cut missed the beat by two frames.You combine strategic vision with a love of experimenting with new AI tools.If you're ready to set the quality bar and lead our production team, we want to see your work.Send your resume & portfolio to: letstalk@elevargrowth.com
