Senior Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistExperience: 10–15+ YearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fieldWe are seeking a Senior Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist with strong expertise in VMware, Windows Server, Azure, storage, backup, and disaster recovery. The role involves managing enterprise infrastructure, leading technical projects, troubleshooting complex environments, and supporting infrastructure modernization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and Dell VxRail environments.Manage HA, DRS, Fault Tolerance, VM migrations, virtual networking, upgrades, and performance optimization.Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V, and failover clustering.Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions including Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity, SRM, and Zerto.Administer SAN/NAS storage, including Dell EMC, HPE, and Pure Storage platforms.Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure including VMs, VNets, NSGs, VPNs, Load Balancers, Storage, Azure Monitor, Backup, and Site Recovery.Support enterprise LAN/WAN, Cisco networking, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall connectivity.Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, consolidation, DR testing, and modernization projects.Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, RCA, and lifecycle management.Develop technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and provide guidance to junior engineers.Identify opportunities for automation and infrastructure optimization.Required Technical SkillsVMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, HA, DRS, FT, SRMWindows Server, Active Directory & Hyper-VAzure Infrastructure ServicesEnterprise Storage, Backup & Disaster RecoveryCisco NetworkingInfrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planningPowerShell / automationPreferredVMware NSX-THybrid Cloud & Cloud MigrationDR ArchitectureVCP-DCV, AZ-104/AZ-900, ZCA, or equivalent certificationsExperience10–15+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience.Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments.Strong troubleshooting, leadership, documentation, and project management skills.
