Senior Visual Merchandising & Creative Designer

Responsibilities

Lead the creative concept development, design direction and final design execution of visual merchandising displays in alignment with market strategies, brand positioning and campaign objectives;Develop design solutions that support the retail experience strategy and create immersive, engaging customer journeys across window displays, in-store presentation and promotional touchpoints;Ensure all visual merchandising concepts and executions at market level maintain store image consistency while elevating creativity, visual storytelling and brand experience;Provide creative and executional advice, review production samples and refine design details to ensure high-quality implementation;Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors on design requirements, material selection, production feasibility, quality control and on-site implementation;Facilitate cross-departmental discussions and communicate design concepts, project requirements and execution details effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth alignment and implementation;Prepare technical layout drawings, 3D renderings, design presentations and final artwork output for production and execution.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma Holder in Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Product Design or relevant discipline;At least 5 years related working experience, preferable in window design, event, exhibition and props settings;Professional 2D & 3D rendering skill;Competent in 3d software such as SketchUp, 3Ds MaxProficient in Illustrator or InDesign, Photoshop;Demonstrated capability in integrating AI design workflows into daily production;Passionate in luxury and fashion brands and good team player with creative mind is a must;Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.Interested parties, please send your detailed resume with expected salary by clicking "Easy Apply".Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
