Senior VMware Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced VMware specialist who can:Lead VMware workstreams during a large-scale storage migration project.Analyze and plan migration activities across 150+ ESXi hosts and 1,000+ VMs.Execute and oversee Storage vMotion / datastore migrations.Ensure VMware best practices and minimum disruption to production workloads.Coordinate with storage, infrastructure, and customer teams.Assess risks related to datastore consolidation and LUN redesign.Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and migration issues.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience8+ years of VMware infrastructure experience.Strong experience with enterprise VMware environments.Proven participation in storage migration projects involving:Dell EMC storageIBM storage (FlashSystem preferred)Multi-host VMware clustersExperience migrating hundreds of VMs with minimal downtime.
