The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort from September 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Delivered exceptional guest service by welcoming, seating, and assisting guests while providing menu recommendations, daily specials, and accommodating dietary requirements.Took accurate food and beverage orders, communicated special requests to the kitchen and bar, and ensured timely, high-quality service throughout the dining experience.Processed guest payments using the MICROS POS system, managed billing, and handled various payment methods with accuracy.Maintained compliance with alcohol service regulations by verifying guest identification and adhering to local legal requirements.Monitored assigned restaurant sections to ensure efficient operations, resolved guest concerns promptly, and consistently achieved high levels of guest satisfaction.Collaborated closely with front-of-house, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service, while supporting daily operational needs and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Hospitality IndustryStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.1-2 years of experience in guest service-related work in a 5-star hotelAbout the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
