GEODIS is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to make a daily difference in Almere. You are responsible for the optimal handling of inbound and outbound goods flows, storage, and Value Added Services, ensuring quality, customer, and employee satisfaction. In the absence of the Site Manager, you assume overall responsibility for the site.Your impactAs Senior Operations Manager, you directly manage 2–5 Operations Managers/Supervisors and oversee operational teams.
