About the CompanyWork Location: Los Angeles (US)Travel Requirement: need to be available for travel between Los Angeles and Dallas on a regular basisAbout the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse daily operations, formulate SOPs, ensure safe, efficient and on-time operation.0-to-1 Warehouse Build: Lead new warehouse setup, including layout design, process establishment, system deployment and team initialization.Cost & Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory turnover, control stock risks, streamline processes and manpower to reduce operational costs.Layout & Resource Management: Optimize warehouse layout and storage locations, maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.Order Fulfillment: Oversee full-process B2B and B2C order delivery, optimize workflows to ensure high service accuracy and satisfaction.Business & Resource Development: Utilize local industry resources to optimize supply chain cooperation, improve warehouse profitability and market competitiveness.Team & Risk Control: Manage and train warehouse teams, implement safety management, control operational and inventory risks.QualificationsExperience: 8+ years senior warehouse management experience, with proven track record managing 200,000+ sq. ft. warehouse; 0-to-1 warehouse launch experience preferred.Required SkillsCore Skills: Proficient in inventory control, cost reduction, warehouse layout optimization; successful B2B & B2C fulfillment operation experience.Preferred: Possess US local warehousing & logistics resources; business-value driven mindset.Basic Requirements: Skilled in WMS system and cross-team collaboration; bachelor’s degree, fluent English, familiar with US warehouse standards and acceptable business travel.
