Our customers walk out with new items every time they visit any of our stores.Role Purpose:The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure optimal workflow, accuracy, and efficiency. This role oversees multiple warehouse teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance with company standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in planning daily operations, maintaining inventory integrity, improving processes, and supporting the Warehouse Manager in achieving strategic and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership & Workflow Management Perform Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and return processes.Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of receiving, scanning, sorting, put-away, picking, replenishment, and shipment tasks.Plan daily workloads, allocate manpower, and adjust resources to meet operational targets and service-level requirements.Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and equipment utilization; identify and address performance gaps.Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Inventory Control & Accuracy:Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including receipt verification, stock movement tracking, cycle counts, and periodic audits.Ensure proper storage methods, bin accuracy, stock rotation, and handling to maintain inventory integrity.Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, damage, returns, or misplacement.Review inventory reports, analyse root causes of variances, and implement corrective and preventive measures.Team Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management:Act Supervise multiple teams and shift leaders, ensuring proper coordination and performance across all warehouse functions.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and skill development to enhance staff capability and productivity.Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary matters, and support succession planning in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.Process Implementation, Improvement & Compliance:Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing new operational processes, productivity initiatives, and system enhancements.Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of goods to minimize loss, spoilage, or breakage.Participate in WMS enhancements, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and smooth operations.Coordination, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:Coordinate closely with logistics, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams for seamless operational planning.Prepare and present daily operational reports, KPI summaries, incident analyses, and workflow updates to the Warehouse Manager.Communicate priorities, challenges, and progress to team leaders and associates to ensure alignment and execution.Support customer-related operational requirements, including special projects, urgent orders, and service-level commitments.Safety, Housekeeping & Facility Management:Coordinate Champion warehouse safety programs and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and hazard-free operation across all shifts.Oversee the proper use, routine maintenance, and servicing of warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery.Monitor operational expenses, ensure alignment with budget, and assist in planning cost-efficient resource utilization.Requirements:High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 4–6 years of warehouse experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and WMS/ERP systems.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams across multiple functions and shifts.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills under pressure.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to operational priorities.Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts as required.If you think you are fit for this job position, then apply right away.
