Opportunity to build a next-generation digital wealth platform from the ground up.Work alongside senior leaders within a fast-growing digital bankExposure to innovative wealth solutions and digital assetsRelocation opportunity to Dubai, UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesIncumbent reports to Head of Wealth Management, to lead the end-to-end implementation of a digital wealth platform, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, integration, UAT, and launch.Design digital client journeys covering onboarding, KYC/AML, risk profiling, portfolio construction, execution, and reporting.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build API integrations with core banking systems and market data providers.Configure investment offerings including: Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, Discretionary Portfolios and Digital Asset AllocationsEstablish straight-through processing (STP) capabilities for execution, settlement, and reconciliation.Work closely with development teams on sprint planning, feature prioritisation, and quality assurance.Support advisory workflows, regulatory reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements.The ideal candidate should be/have: 8 to 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, WealthTech, or Digital Transformation.Proven track record in implementing or building digital wealth or robo-advisory platforms.Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management workflows.Comfortable working with APIs, user stories, and cross-functional technology teams.Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly advantageous to facilitate collaboration with regional engineering teams.Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements within wealth and investment management.Willing to work and based in Dubai
