Company: Better ITforLess - Better It for LessIT For Less is hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to lead front-end development across web applications, WordPress, and digital experience projects.This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a feature from design review through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support while maintaining strong standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and code quality.What You’ll DoBuild responsive, production-ready interfaces from Figma or Adobe XD designs.Develop reusable front-end components, templates, and design patterns.Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and connect interfaces to REST APIs.Build and maintain WordPress and Avada-based experiences, with Squarespace support when required.Troubleshoot browser, responsive, performance, and accessibility issues.Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals, usability, and cross-device performance.Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test ideas quickly.Review code, maintain development standards, and mentor junior developers.Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project teams to improve user flows and implementation quality.Support front-end testing, deployment, technical documentation, and post-launch fixes.What We’re Looking For5+ years of front-end development experience.Strong HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive development skills.Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or a similar modern front-end framework.Strong WordPress front-end development experience.Experience integrating REST APIs, forms, and third-party services.Strong understanding of accessibility, Core Web Vitals, browser debugging, and performance optimization.Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and reusable component architecture.Ability to translate designs into polished, responsive interfaces.Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.Experience with Avada, ElementorNice to HaveExperience with GA4/GTM, technical SEO, CRM/form integrations, headless CMS, AI-assisted development tools, or conversational/AI-enabled interfaces is a plus.
