The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities, and the technical proficiency to bring complex web interactions to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Build responsive, interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.Interactive Elements: Implement animations, transitions, and interactive components to enhance user engagement.CMS Management: Utilize Webflow's CMS to create and manage dynamic content structures.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate design mockups into functional websites.Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance.Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Webflow: Demonstrated experience in building websites using Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.Front-End Development: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance Webflow projects.Design Acumen: Ability to interpret and implement design mockups from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Responsive Design: Experience in creating mobile-first designs that function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and Webflow's SEO tools.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.Animation Libraries: Familiarity with tools like Lottie, GSAP, or similar for advanced animations.API Integrations: Experience integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow projects.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.Added benefit - Webflow Certified
