Senior WinCC OA Engineer

Location: Doha, QatarEmployment Type: 6 months Contract (Extendable)Salary: 16,000.00 QAR Full PackageExperience Required: 10+ yearsOur client, a leading technology and systems integration company in Qatar, is seeking an experienced Senior WinCC OA Engineer to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead WinCC OA SCADA application engineering, configuration, testing, and commissioning.Develop and manage datapoints, panels, graphics, alarms, events, trends, scripts, reports, and historian interfaces.Support Master SCADA integration with PLC, RTU, BMS, EPMS, ELV, Safety & Security, and third-party systems.Perform I/O signal mapping, datapoint mapping, command/feedback validation, alarm/event configuration, and interface testing.Support integration using OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet, MQTT, API/SDK, SQL, Profinet, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.Review/support FDS, LLD, system architecture, interface matrix, points list, alarm matrix, test procedures, as-builts, and commissioning documents.Lead/support FAT, SAT, integrated testing, performance validation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and final handover.Coordinate with client, consultant, OEM, system integrator, PLC/automation, BMS, ICT/network, cybersecurity, and site teams.Ensure SCADA application quality, naming standards, graphics standards, backup control, change management, and technical governance.Required Experience and SkillsDegree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Control Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.10+ years in SCADA / OT automation engineering, with strong hands-on experience in Siemens WinCC OA.Strong hands-on experience in Siemens WinCC OA engineering and configuration.Proven experience in large-scale SCADA / Master SCADA / command center / infrastructure / smart city / utility / oil & gas / transportation projects.Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture, redundancy, client-server systems, distributed systems, historian, alarms, trends, graphics, and reporting.Experience in multi-vendor PLC/RTU/SCADA/BMS/ELV integration.Ability to troubleshoot communication, datapoint, graphics, alarm, historian, database, and system performance issues.Strong documentation, coordination, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.PreferredWinCC OA certification or Siemens SCADA project experience.Experience in brownfield migration, live system integration, high-availability SCADA, and citywide/infrastructure projects.Knowledge of OT networking, VLANs, firewall ports, redundancy testing, system backups, cybersecurity basics, and disaster recovery.Please note that applicants should answer the pre-screening questions to be considered for this positionTHOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
