Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer – German Speaker

• Manage, maintain, and support complex Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Provide senior-level expertise in Distributed File Services (DFS), including DFS Namespaces and DFS Replication.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and file services issues.
• Support the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of Windows-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, security, and application teams.
• Participate in technical analysis, problem resolution, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations regarding Windows Server and distributed file services.
• Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Windows Server Engineer / Windows Infrastructure Specialist.
• Very strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Advanced experience with Distributed File Services (DFS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working within large-scale, business-critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German is mandatory.
• Good level of English.
• Candidates currently based in Portugal, preferably Lisbon, are highly valued.
