The company values people-centric practices, collaboration, and trust as the foundation of successful placements.Role Description The Senior Zoho One Developer and Technical Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Zoho One applications and workflows for client organizations. This role involves configuring and customizing Zoho CRM and related Zoho apps, building automation, and integrating Zoho One with third-party systems to support business processes. The individual will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide strategic consulting on best practices, system architecture, and data management. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining custom scripts, working with APIs, managing databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing technical documentation. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders, training end users, and continuously improving system performance and usability.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, preferably with experience in Zoho Deluge or similar scripting languages.Hands-on experience with system Integration and working with APIs to connect Zoho One with external platforms.Practical knowledge of Databases, including data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end customization for Zoho applications and portals.Extensive experience implementing and customizing Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and related apps).Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide clear technical consulting recommendations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and data quality.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in remote, cross-functional teams.Prior experience in a senior or lead developer/consultant role; familiarity with SaaS business workflows is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
