Responsibilities include supervising junior dentists and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to sterilization and safety protocols, and maintaining high standards of patient care and documentation. The role involves conducting patient consultations, explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and delivering evidence-based, ethical dental treatment. The Senior Dentist will also contribute to case reviews, continuous quality improvement, and clinical training initiatives within the clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in general dentistry and advanced procedures such as restorative treatments, endodontics, prosthodontics, and minor oral surgery.Candidates should possess skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and case documentation using digital records and imaging tools.Candidates should possess skills in infection control, sterilization protocols, and adherence to clinical safety and regulatory standards.Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling, team collaboration, and mentoring junior clinicians.Candidates should possess skills in time management, clinic workflow coordination, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with relevant postgraduate qualifications (MDS) preferred, along with valid dental council registration.Several years of clinical experience in a multi-chair or high-volume dental practice; prior leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and staying current with modern dental techniques and technologiesMinimum 4 years experience Locations - Madhapur, Malkajgiri, Bachupally and Nallagandla
