SEO & IT Support Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and skilled SEO & IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's search engine rankings while providing day-to-day IT support for office users. This role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on IT support responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO ResponsibilitiesPerform on-page and off-page SEO activities.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and landing pages.Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Build quality backlinks and improve search engine rankings.Prepare monthly SEO reports and recommendations.IT Support ResponsibilitiesProvide daily IT support to office staff.Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.Configure and troubleshoot email accounts.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and network connectivity issues.Assist with user account management and IT inventory.Provide basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.RequirementsExperience in SEO and website optimization.Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.Knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows operating systems.Strong troubleshooting skills for computers, printers, and end-user issues.Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.SEO certifications are an advantage.📍 Location: Near World Trade Center Metro Station, Dubai🕒 Employment Type: Full-time💰 Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month
