As a global brand operating across 200+ regions and regulated by leading authorities, we provide secure access to 1,000+ CFDs through platforms such as MT4, MT5, STAR Copy, and the award-winning STARTRADER app.Our international presence is strengthened through strategic collaborations, including our role as an Official Partner of the NBA, Official Partner of Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East, and Official Partner of the UAE National Cricket Team for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.Since our launch in 2019, our vision has been to make trading more accessible, trusted, and empowering - shaping both our products and our culture as we continue to grow by listening, evolving, and supporting our global community.STARTRADER is the brand representing a network of regulated and licensed entities across various jurisdictions, each authorised to provide specific financial services in compliance with local regulations. STARTRADER Global Financial Consultation & Financial Analysis (Dubai-based entity) is licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority in the UAE to conduct promotion and client introduction activities only. All trading services are provided by STARTRADER entities regulated in other jurisdictionsRole Overview:As an SEO & GEO Manager you will own organic and AI-answer visibility across every market and language we publish in. You'll run multilingual technical SEO, content and authority strategy end-to-end, while building out our presence inside AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) as a measurable acquisition channel in its own right. You'll direct regional SEO specialists and agency partners without a direct reporting line, and use AI as production capacity — building agentic workflows for briefs, audits and QA — while drawing a clear line around what stays human in a regulated, YMYL environment. This is a global-scope, single-owner role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, with real budget and a genuine mandate to decide how search is run across the business.Key Responsibilities:Organic growth in every marketMultilingual keyword, entity and search-intent architecture; topical maps and the on-page standards that survive translation, in every market we operate in and the ones we open next.Accountability for traffic, rankings and their contribution to registrations and funded accounts — not traffic in isolation. Priorities set at cluster level, not page by page.Technical SEO at multilingual scaleIndexation, canonicals, redirects, site architecture, hreflang across every locale, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, log-file analysis, structured data validation.A deliberate position on AI crawler access — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended — rather than whatever the default robots.txt happens to say.You diagnose, prioritise and sign off; the development team builds.Content, localisation and authorityBriefs, editorial standards and QA for content produced in every language we publish in, by writers and agencies who do not report to you. You set the bar and hold them to it.Semantic depth: entities, topical coverage, information gain — not keyword density.Digital PR and link acquisition with the PR and brand teams. In a YMYL category, trust signals on money pages are earned, not bought. Our presence inside AI answers (generative engine optimization)Treat AI answers as an acquisition channel with its own funnel: impressions, citations, referral traffic and attribution — reported next to classic organic, not instead of it.Entity and structured-data strategy: schema/JSON-LD, knowledge-graph signals, answer-first formatting, dense topic hubs, and emerging conventions such as llms.txt.Prompt testing and citation audits across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and AI Overviews — benchmarked against the brokers we compete with — and the discipline of turning citation gaps into content requirements.A defensible measurement method for citation share and sentiment, segmented by market and topic. You will be asked how you know, not just what you saw.AI as production capacityAgentic workflows that turn market and search data into briefs, audits, internal-link maps, bulk metadata, hreflang QA and Search Console anomaly detection.Prompts, agents and automations treated as versioned team assets — documented, maintained, handed over — not one-off chat sessions.Enforced quality gates: human-in-the-loop editing, sourcing and fact-checking rules, E-E-A-T and YMYL safeguards, and compliance review built into the path to publish.A clear position on where AI must not be used: regulated claims, pricing, risk disclosure, anything a client could act on.Ownership of the SEO and AI tool stack — evaluation, budget, rollout and training the content and regional teams to use it.Honest reporting of the productivity delta: cost per published page, time to publish, output per writer, alongside the quality metrics that constrain them. Growth in output should be absorbed by better systems before it is absorbed by headcount.MeasurementGA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Looker Studio across regional properties: brand vs non-brand segmentation, cluster-level performance, and tracking for referrals arriving from LLM interfaces.Reporting that tells leadership what to do next, not what happened last month — short, quantified, with a decision attached.Team, partners and stakeholdersWork with the local SEO specialists across our regions: set the standard they work to, review their output, and unblock them in-market. Influence without a direct reporting line.Own the regional agency relationships — deliverables, KPIs, deadlines, recurring performance reviews — and hold partners to what was agreed at kickoff.Work across Brand, Performance Marketing, PR, Design, Compliance and the development team.Requirements and Skills:5+ years in SEO, including multi-market or multilingual work, and experience directing agencies or freelance writers.Real depth in technical SEO — indexation, hreflang, rendering, Core Web Vitals, log-file analysis — enough to be the final word internally.Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Ahrefs or Semrush, plus a crawler such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb. You pull your own data. You have built with AI, not just used it. Walk us through a workflow you put into production: what it does, who uses it, what it replaced, what measurably changed.A working understanding of how LLMs retrieve, weight and cite web content — retrieval, grounding, entity authority — enough to make decisions rather than repeat headlines.Working command of GEO — structured data, entity optimisation, answer formatting, source-worthiness — and a method for proving whether any of it moved. You have a position on where AI stops. In regulated finance, knowing what not to automate matters as much as knowing what to.Comfortable owning a number and reporting it to leadership without decoration.Fluent English, and based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.Nice to have:Forex, CFD, fintech or another regulated industry where compliance review sits in the publishing path.SQL, Python or Apps Script — enough to build a pipeline against the Search Console, GA4 or Ahrefs APIs yourself, not only to specify one.You have shipped an AI tool or agent that a team other than you uses every day.Programmatic or template-driven pages measured at cluster level; server-side tracking, analytics governance, multi-domain setups. Why Join Us?At STARTRADER, we believe in empowering our people as much as we empower our traders. You will work in a performance-driven environment with strong leadership support, clear growth pathways, and ongoing professional development. We offer competitive compensation, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-expanding global trading brand.
