About us:Codax is a marketing and growth agency working with B2B companies across technology, cybersecurity, healthcare services and finance, with clients in India, APAC, the US and Australia. This is a hybrid consultant role at LKR 60,000 per month for a minimum of 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday. It's hands-on work.What you'll do:Run technical SEO across multiple client sites: crawl and indexing issues, speed, schema and internal linking, and fix what you findResearch how each client's buyers search, then turn that into page briefs and on-page improvementsStructure content so it gets pulled into AI answers and featured snippets (AEO)Track buyer prompts: test the questions a decision-maker would ask an AI assistant when shortlisting vendors in each client's space, and record who gets mentioned and whyClose the gaps where competitors appear in AI answers and our clients don't, through content, citations, third-party mentions and structured dataReport monthly per client in plain language on what changed, what worked and what's nextWhat you'll bring2+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally for B2B or SaaS brandsWorking knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and a tool like Ahrefs or SemrushA practical understanding of how AI search chooses its sourcesExperience editing directly in CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress or HubSpotThe ability to switch between clients and industries without losing the threadClear written English and the discipline to work independentlyNice to haveAgency experience managing several accounts at onceExposure to technical or regulated industriesAny method you've used to track brand mentions in AI tools, even a spreadsheet you built yourself
