SERM Doctor (Physician)

TCS is seeking a SERM Doctor (Physician) to support product safety evaluation and risk management activities within a global pharmacovigilance environment.The SERM Doctor (Physician) is responsible for conducting product safety and benefit-risk assessments, performing signal detection and evaluation activities, maintaining Risk Management Plans, preparing and reviewing regulatory safety documents, and providing medical support for regulatory submissions and safety-labeling updates.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct ongoing product safety and benefit-risk assessments.Perform signal detection, signal evaluation, and signal-management activities.Develop, maintain, and update Risk Management Plans (RMPs).Prepare, medically review, and contribute to regulatory safety documents and aggregate safety reports.Provide medical support for regulatory submissions and safety-labeling/product-information updates.Participate in global safety, benefit-risk, and governance committees.Support pharmacovigilance audits, regulatory inspections, inspection-readiness activities, and continuous process improvement.Required Skills & QualificationsMedical degree and Physician/Medical Doctor qualification.Demonstrated relevant professional experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related areas.Relevant professional experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety.Fluent English, suitable for work with global stakeholders and safety-governance teams.Availability to work 08:00 AM–05:00 PM in the applicable U.S. time zone.LocationSão Paulo, BrazilWork ModelHybridWell-being & BenefitsHealth, dental, and life insurance, meal and transportation vouchers, childcare assistance, Gympass, and 24/7 support through TCS Cares (psychological, legal, social, and financial assistance).
