Team members are encouraged to share their interest in coffee, hospitality, and customer care while contributing to a positive workplace culture.Role Description The Server role at Caffeophilia is a full-time, on-site position based in Lazimpat. The Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, and coordinating with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. The Server handles payment transactions, answers questions about menu items and coffee offerings, and supports a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role may also involve restocking supplies, assisting with basic food and beverage preparation, and following all safety and hygiene standards.Qualifications:Experience in customer service or hospitality, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests.Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and attentive listening.Basic knowledge of coffee and café service, or willingness to learn about specialty coffee, menu items, and preparation methods.Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, carry trays or items safely, and perform light cleaning tasks.Reliability in attending scheduled shifts, managing time effectively, and working cooperatively within a team.Comfort with handling cash or point-of-sale systems, and accurately processing orders and payments.Commitment to maintaining hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or bar setting is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
