Guests can make reservations via email, phone, or online booking, reflecting the venue’s commitment to organized and attentive hospitality.Role Description The Server role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ubud. Each day, the Server welcomes guests, guides them through the fine dining set menu, and ensures a seamless experience that complements the theatrical performance. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, presenting dishes and beverages with accuracy and confidence, and maintaining a high standard of table service. The Server collaborates closely with the kitchen and performance teams, manages reservations and seating, and responds promptly to guest needs and feedback. The role also involves setting up and breaking down the dining area, following hygiene and safety standards, and upholding the venue’s premium service expectations.Qualifications Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service, including table-side presentation and knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and performance teams.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing reservations, timing of courses, and coordination with the theatrical performance.Ability to stand and move for extended periods, carry trays safely, and maintain high energy throughout service.Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian or other languages) are an advantage.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with the restaurant’s reservation schedule.Previous experience in hospitality in Bali or similar destinations is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
