The role involves providing technical support, managing and maintaining server infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, implementing network security measures, and supporting operating systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.QualificationsExpertise in Server Support, including maintenance and monitoring of VMware vSphere and Windows Server environmentsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for server and system-related issuesIn-depth knowledge of Operating Systems, particularly in deploying and managing Windows-based platformsExperience with Network Security, including configuring and securing networks, resolving security vulnerabilities, and applying updatesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and on-site in MumbaiRelevant certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, or CISSP are highly desired
