Team members join a culture built on respect, consistency, and genuine care for guests.Role Description Servers at Ted’s Café Escondido provide friendly, attentive table service to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering meals promptly and correctly. Servers communicate with kitchen and bar staff, maintain clean and organized tables and service areas, process payments, and respond to guest questions or concerns with professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, requiring evening and weekend availability and adherence to restaurant policies and service standards.Qualifications Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.Basic math and cash-handling abilities for processing payments and managing checks accurately.Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods, and follow safety and food-handling guidelines.Previous serving or restaurant experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and follow Ted’s service standards is essential.Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and a positive team-oriented attitude.Must meet any applicable local age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
