Service Advisor

A Service Advisor is a professional who assists customers to understand their car’s maintenance or repair options and answers customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician.Job Accountabilities & Key Results Area·      Responsible to conduct diagnosis to identify the root cause, repair to be done and parts to be replaced.·      Confirm the diagnoses with the customer to ensure the customer is aware of the repair to be done by using appropriate diagnostic check sheet.·      Provide customers with detailed information about services and repairs necessary for their vehicles.·      Introduce the new services to the customers to promote the upselling. ·      Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed.·      Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.·      Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.·      Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.Follow up with customers regarding estimate approvals, service updates, and completed work.
