A character, a storyteller?Do you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 years?Join the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels Dubai!Job Purpose:Deliver professional and attentive food & beverage servicePrepare and maintain restaurant/lounge setups to hotel standardsHandle trays, trolleys, china, glassware, and service equipmentCoordinate closely with the kitchen and service teamsUnderstand menu items, ingredients, and proper service standardsHandle guest requests and complaints professionallySupport opening/closing duties, stock, and inventory controlMaintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready outletUpsell F&B items and promote a positive guest experienceProvide support across the hotel when requiredQualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a 5-star hotel, preferably with poolside bar/lounge environment experienceHotel School degree/diploma or equivalentExperience in a multicultural environmentPositive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced settingStrong guest service and upselling skillsHACCP and WSET Level 1 or equivalent is an advantage
