Master works is seeking a Service & Business Transformation, Senior Consultant to lead business process improvement, service transformation, and business innovation activities. Act as the primary expert responsible for operating the Business Development function within Digital Enablement.Reporting Line: Operates within the Digital Enablement Department under the direction of the Department Director.Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, redesign and optimize business processes (BPI/BPR) Transform business ideas into digitally executable operating models Develop Business Cases and Business Models for new initiatives Identify monetization and public-private partnership opportunities Lead service concept design and high-level service architecture Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and business owners Support concept prototypes from a business perspective Prepare recommendations for Product teams and monitor implementation progress Identify service improvement opportunities across Ministry platformsRequirementsRequired Expertise: Business Process Management (BPM/BPR) Service Design Thinking Business Model Canvas & Business Case Digital Transformation Stakeholder Management Workshop FacilitationExpected Deliverables: Business Process Document (54) Business Case Document — per new initiative Business Model Document (Business Model Canvas or any) — per initiative Process Maps (As-is / To-be) and BPR Report — per re-engineered process Service Concept Document (business-level) — per new service Monetization & PPP Opportunities Study — semi-annual or on demand Workshop Summary Report — per workshop Improvement Opportunities Register — living register, updated quarterly Implementation Progress Report — monthly follow-up with Product teams to enhance servicesJob Location: Client site
