Job Title: Service Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: Minimum 2 years (Kitchen appliances / MEP / construction projects preferred)Education: B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)Job SummaryResponsible for end-to-end project coordination from mock-up to final handover, ensuring timely execution, proper documentation, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle: delivery, installation, testing & commissioning, and handoverCoordinate with consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and internal departmentsPlan and monitor material deliveries, site readiness, and installation schedulesHandle client coordination, snag closure, and final handover documentationPrepare and manage project documents, reports, and invoicesSupport AMC contracts, renewals, and payment follow-upsSkills & RequirementsStrong coordination and site execution knowledgeGood communication and stakeholder managementBasic technical understanding of installation & commissioningOrganized with strong documentation skillsProficient in MS OfficePreferredExperience in MEP / construction / appliances industryFamiliarity with QA/QC processes and project documentation
