Lead – Service Delivery

Location: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Lead – Service Delivery to oversee end-to-end service delivery, drive operational efficiency and ensure a consistently high standard of client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee service delivery operations, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.Lead and monitor team performance against KPIs, service standards and operational targets.Develop and improve processes, procedures and operational guidelines.Manage client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective follow-up.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.Analyse client feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.5–8 years’ experience in service delivery, operations, client servicing or client experience.2–3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in the company formation or business setup industry is preferred.Knowledge of corporate structures, free zone operations and business setup processes.Familiarity with ERP systems, Zoho and other operational platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
