Job Description

The Delivery Manager at ITC Infotech India Ltd is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing multiple teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Additionally, the role requires continuous improvement of delivery processes and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and ensure alignment with client expectations.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and identify issues or risks that could impact delivery, facilitating resolution.- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation effectively.- Enforce best practices in project management and delivery processes.- Conduct regular status meetings and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project health.- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Skills and Tools Required:- Strong experience in project and delivery management, ideally in an IT services environment.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering practices.- Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and others.- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to project delivery.- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are preferred.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
