This part-time, on-site role is based in Brisbane, QLD and involves managing client caseloads, scheduling and supervising support staff, and ensuring services align with NDIS plans and organizational standards. The role includes monitoring service delivery performance, addressing participant feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance client outcomes. The Service Delivery Manager will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and relevant policies.Qualifications Experience in service delivery or case management within disability, community, or health services, ideally in an NDIS environment.Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, including working effectively with participants, families, support workers, and external providers.Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing, and coordinating rosters, resources, and workflows to meet service commitments.Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, person-centered practice, and quality and safeguarding requirements.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on respectful, inclusive practice.Competence in using digital tools and care management systems for documentation, reporting, and tracking participant outcomes.Relevant qualification in disability services, social work, community services, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD, with a valid driver’s license and any required clearances (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check, police check).
