Service Designer / UX Researcher (Field)

You will run the discovery study that the whole program builds on: documented research sessions with real users across several audience segments, benchmarking, and synthesis into decisions the design and build teams act on.Key Responsibilities●Plan and moderate documented research sessions (interviews, contextual sessions, usability tests) with representative participants, in Arabic ● Recruit and schedule participants with the client's support; manage consent and data-protection compliance ● Benchmark comparable services regionally and internationally ● Synthesise findings into personas, journey inputs and prioritised design decisions ● Support usability testing rounds through delivery and the pilot phaseQualifications●4+ years UX/design research with hands-on moderation experience ● Native-level Arabic moderation capability; professional English reporting ● Experience researching with older adults or low-digital-literacy participants ● Rigorous documentation and synthesis practice
