If you're eager to solve meaningful challenges and build with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Install and configure software and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux)Set up accounts and workstationsMonitor performance and maintain office systems according to requirementsEscalate cases if necessaryUpgrade users systems with new releases and modelsDevelop expertise to train staff on new technologies, be ready to answer questionsAssist Infrastructure Admins in daily tasksTravel across our offices in the EU zoneQualifications:Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk SpecialistSolid knowledge of everything related user workstationsBasic knowledge of data backup/recoveryFamiliarity with various operating systems and platformsResourcefulness and problem-solving aptitudeExcellent communication skillsFluency in written and spoken English and Russian Nice to have:Experience with office server systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS) and MDM systems Experience with AWSWhat we offer:Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing companyA collaborative and supportive team environmentEnglish and Spanish language classesContinuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE.
