Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alertsEnsure uninterrupted system operation,Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followedEnsure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks. Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.Material coordinationOperational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
