The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Install, commission, test, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and provide technical support.Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards.Assist in product demonstrations, installations, and user training when required.Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company policies during service activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.1–3 years of UAE experience in the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments.Valid UAE driving license and car.
