Its 22,000 sq. ft service centre in Delhi NCR is equipped with advanced tools for overhauling engines, transmissions, and complete equipment and is staffed by service engineers trained by BEML, Cummins, and AVTEC.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in New Delhi. The service engineer will perform routine and corrective maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy earthmoving machinery, including engines, transmissions, and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting field service visits, and providing technical support to customers and internal teams. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining service documentation, coordinating with the warehouse and service centre for parts and tools, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The service engineer will also communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, recommend solutions, and support smooth operation of equipment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems in heavy earthmoving machinery.Must have experience working with cummins and komatsu engines Candidates should possess field service experience, including on-site inspections, repairs, and customer-facing service activities.Candidates should possess technical support capabilities, including guiding operators, resolving technical queries, and documenting service work.Candidates should possess hands-on maintenance & repair skills for engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and related components.A diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or automobile engineering (or a related discipline) is preferred.Experience with heavy earthmoving machinery or similar industrial equipment is an advantage.Ability to read technical manuals, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety procedures is required.Willingness to work on-site, travel for field assignments, and adapt to varying work conditions.
