Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Mobile Crane Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance of heavy and lifting equipmentJob Description:Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy equipment and mobile cranes.Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend customer sites when required.Support mobile crane troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.Review technical reports, handle warranty claims, and perform FSI.Manage service call logs and respond to customer technical requirements.Requirements:Strong experience with mobile cranes and lifting equipment.Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and customer-handling skills.
