Headquartered in Italy and operating through 20 production plants and 8 R&D centres across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, with over 1,100 employees in 16 countries and annual revenues of approximately €700 million, we are committed to sustainable chemistry, integrating sustainability and circular economy principles into our innovation and manufacturing processes worldwide.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Field Technical Support Engineer – Water Treatment / Desalination Chemicals based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or Khobar).This customer-facing role suits a hands-on engineer who can support clients, troubleshoot systems, and work closely with commercial and technical teams.You will provide technical support, deliver training, conduct site activities, and prepare clear recommendations for customers.You should have solid experience in Reverse Osmosis (RO) operations, troubleshooting, and Treatment chemicals with the ability to assess desalination process, support field activities, and contribute to technical procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customer accounts and site activities on assigned Area;Troubleshoot RO and desalination systems and perform basic water analysis onsite and on laboratory;Prepare reports and technical recommendations;Deliver training and coordinate with internal teams.RequirementsDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field;3–5 years of experience in RO, desalination, or water treatment support;Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in specialty chemicals, thermal & RO desalination, and field-based customer support is an advantage;Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers.What We OfferEmployment type: Permanent, Full-time;The opportunity to work closely with strategic customers and play a key role in delivering technical excellence and continuous improvement.Equal OpportunityWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and to maintaining an inclusive and respectful working environment.
