Service Engineer

Department: Naizak Lab SystemsExperience: 3–5 yearsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related science field.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical laboratory instruments.Provide on-site technical support to customers across the UAE.Perform instrument qualification, calibration, and performance verification.Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.Conduct customer training and provide technical guidance.Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance documentation.Coordinate with manufacturers and application specialists for advanced technical support.Support warranty, AMC, and preventive maintenance activities.Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Preferred Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing analytical laboratory instruments.Experience with instruments such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AAS, FTIR, Raman, or related analytical equipment will be an advantage.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and technical documentation.Good communication and customer-handling skills.UAE experience in analytical/laboratory instrumentation is preferred.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
