Service Engineer – Critical Care

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Service Engineers to join our team and support our healthcare technology solutions across Saudi Arabia.About the RoleAs a Service Engineer – Healthcare Technology, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of medical equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with healthcare providers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and operational excellence.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.2-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Service, Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, or Healthcare Technology.Strong knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.Good understanding of hospital environments and clinical equipment operations.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage field activities.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Preferred ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following product categories: Patient Monitoring Systems, Ultrasound Systems, Defibrillators, ICU & Critical Care Equipment, Diagnostic Medical Equipment, Operating Room Equipment, Healthcare Technology Solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues.Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.Support customer training and equipment operation guidance.Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.Ensure high customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
