Job Title: Service Engineer Fire & Life Safety (FLS)Job Code: JPC 6287Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: Minimum 2 3 yearsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldJob DescriptionPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire & Life Safety (FLS), Security, BMS, AV, ELV, ICT, Fire Fighting (FF), and HVAC systems.Monitor system performance, respond to service calls, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.Carry out system inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and maintain accurate service documentation.Coordinate materials, monitor project records, and recommend system improvements where required.Ensure compliance with safety, security, and information security standards while delivering quality customer service.Strong knowledge of FLS, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, FF, and HVAC systems, with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
